KAITLIN O'MALLEY

I created Invictus Fitness with one mission: to help people. I believe that if you are a healthier person, you can make a more positive impact on your family, community, place of work, and the world! 

 

Whether your goal is to lose 5lbs or 50lbs, get healthier, or just look better, I can help. I have years of experience in the fitness industry and specialize in weight loss. I was a college athlete, but have also been overweight. Therefore I have the practical knowledge to get you to your goal, and the personal experience to understand your journey.

Small Group Training is a great way to get guidance, structure and safety in the gym without the one-on-one price tag. Workouts are completely customized and change every day so your body has no choice but to change! Burn fat, build muscle, lean and tone, get stronger and more flexible: whatever your goal, Small Group Training will get you there.

CLASSES

Yoga is an incredible way to sculpt every muscle using just your own body weight! Our class is an awesome combination of relaxation and hard work. The style of yoga is called Vinyasa which is a strong, fast paced "flow" through the poses. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. We will modify everything to your injuries, limitations, and skill set so you feel safe. So show up, try something new, relax, balance, sweat, and get stronger!

Working out at home and want structure and community? Join my live Zoom workouts from your home or the gym! Your workouts will be customized to your specific equipment, schedule, fitness level, and goals. Or choose to receive pre-recorded workouts to do at your convenience!
